STONE & CRYSTAL FOLKLORE (2 hrs)
Learn more about folklore of crystals and stones. Learn various ways to focus harmony in ones life, including, choosing the right stones for a particular time or occasion in life. Meditation techniques that will assist with stone work will be used. Learn to identify various stones. Work with various uses of stones, such as downsing and shaman casting divination. Learn on choosing stones for others. This is all for of course the highest good and respect to all. Each person attending will get a quartz crystal and another stone to take home with them, along with a crystal and folklore sheet.

HISTORY OF STONE AND CRYSTAL FOLKLORE (45 min)
This is a nice lecture with visual handling of various stones. It goes through interesting uses of stones through history of folklore, from ancient to present cultures. This is meant for being given to groups of 5 to 30 people for most effectiveness.

INTRODUCTION TO HUNA HEALING (2hrs)
Learn and work with the basic principles of this Hawaiian philosophy of bringing health and balance to ones life, those around, community, and the world. This is not designed to replace medical assistance. It is to bring all parts of our being more in healthy balance. All for the highest good. This is based on books and teachings of Serge Kahili King, of whom Jana studied under.

MEDITATION (2hr)
Centering and calming is as fast as 1 - 2 - 3 breaths with Piko-Piko meditation. Take a journey to see how real your imagination is. Create a mental garden to see the inner sight on your life. Meet your spiritual, health, financial, and relationship advisors. Change a bad dream or memory that is keeping you in the past and not in the power of the NOW.
Tailored to the group's beneficial needs and wishes.

LEVELS 1 THROUGH 3 (teaching times vary)
Reiki is a system of energy work healing that is divided into 3 levels and passed down for centuries from master to student. The levels assist to bring harmony to oneself, others, and the world.

Usually Jana does this individually, and has been doing attunements since 1999, when becoming a Reiki master.
These are usually 1 - 2 hr., with outside reading.
This is paid on a blessed donational basis.

PSYCHIC DEVELOPMENT (2 hrs)
Everyone has their own psychic gifts of awareness. This class is tailored to the individual or group, and of course to the highest good of all.

JEWELRY WIRE WRAPPING
Learn to easily wire wrap a beautiful bracelet you get to wear home. Choose from a variety of stone and glass beads with the choice of sterling or gold filled parts.

This is a 1 hour class.

This can be an individual or group class, parts included $25 a person
Other projects in a variety of skill are available.

Learn and work with 7 simple principles from the Hawaiian philosophy of Huna; and how it can benefit most healthy weight management programs. It is not designed to replace medical or dietary assistance; yet is to bring all parts of our being more in healthy balance.

Jana has lost over 100 pounds in 18 months; and Huna was a wonderful advantage. Based on the books and teachings of Serge King PhD. of whom Jana studied under; she has taught Huna and other workshops since 1989.

This is a 2 hour class.
